LDUK Beauty Returns Policy

Because of hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items that are unsuitable, or if a customer has changed their mind. If you have received an item that is damaged, or faulty then we are happy to investigate  this for you. You will need to contact LDUK beauty within 7 days of receiving your product via email, and provide images and a full description of the issue. This will then be assessed by the LDUK beauty team. If we receive an item back that we do not think is eligible for a refund, a refund will not be processed and your item may be sent back out to you. Please note, we are not liable for the costs of returning any items. If you are wanting to send a product back to us, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer. All of our lashes are handmade, so each one can be slightly different, however this will only be minor. This is not an issue, but part of the amazing process that goes into hand making our lashes.
